If you would like to return your Indigifts purchase, we’re here to help! You may return your Indigifts purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging.
As of now, we do not provide return pick-up services. You will have to mail back the item to us at - 6, Jai Jawan Colony 1, Off Tonk Road Jaipur Rajasthan IN 302018.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and the amount shall reflect within the next 7-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy
All missing, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support.
