Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and the amount shall reflect within the next 7-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy
All missing, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products.
