JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- • Creating content for social media, catalog shoots/videos.
- • Aesthetically appealing photoshoots for products.
- • Hands-on experience with editing software, including:
- • VIDEO – Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.
- • AUDIO – Audacity, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Cubase (any).
- • Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to color correction and color grading.
- • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
- • Join images with background graphics and special effects.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (Must Read)
- • Campaign videos and outdoor shoots assistance.

SALARY

Intern - Graphic Design
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- • Creating virtual and online merchandising graphical catalog to attract the consumer.
- • Planning & Creating Posts/videos for Marketing Calendar.
- • Creating graphics for marketing, UI for the website.
- • Creating high conversion campaigns strategy along with HOD for the brand.
- • Leading creative shoots and white background product shoots with multimedia team.
- • Designing infographics, newsletters, and presentations as per the company brand language.
- • Helping the team members at every level in the department with any other design-related tasks.
- • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- • Proofreading creative copy.
- • Monitoring performance and managing campaigns on social media.
- • Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the physical & online store.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- • Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.

Executive - Catalog Photo/Video Editor
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- • Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro) to enhance catalog images and videos to meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- • Adjust colors, contrast, brightness, and other visual elements to ensure consistency and attractiveness across all catalog media.
- • Crop and resize images and videos as necessary to fit catalog layout specifications and optimize for various platforms.
- • Perform retouching tasks such as removing blemishes, smoothing skin, and other enhancements to achieve a polished and professional appearance.
- • Organize and maintain a structured file system for catalog media assets, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
- • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all catalog media meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ideas and concepts for catalog visuals that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- • Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance catalog videos and add visual interest to product showcases.
- • Assist with product styling and setup during photoshoots to ensure items are presented in the most appealing and marketable way.
- • Optimize catalog media for various social media platforms, considering different aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for maximum engagement.
- • Implement SEO best practices for image optimization, including file naming, alt text, and metadata, to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to catalog pages.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B testing on catalog visuals, analyzing performance metrics to inform future editing strategies and improvements.
- • Contribute to the improvement of the overall user experience by providing input on visual elements of the catalog, including layout, design, and navigation.
SKILLS REQUIRED
