Return & Replacement Policy
If you would like to return your Indigifts purchase, we’re here to help!
All missing, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must include video documentation in the contact form, These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, you may return your Indigifts purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging.
As of now, we do not provide return pick-up services. You will have to mail back the item to us at - G-955 (B, Tonk Road, Sitapura Industrial Area, Phase III, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and the amount shall reflect within the next 7-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY ABOVE:
- 1. Items must not be damaged or washed. Must have all original tags attached and sent back in original packaging.
- 2. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, or gases.
- 3. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.
SITUATIONS WHEN ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)
- 1. Book with obvious signs of use.
- 2. Any item not in its original condition, or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Here is how you shall self-ship the products
- 1. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- 2. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below: Indibni Private Limited, 6, Jai Jawan Colony 1, Off Tonk Road Jaipur Rajasthan IN 302018
- 3. On receiving the product at the warehouse, we will go forth with the refund process.
Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of the item are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
You can reach out to us before the shipping is confirmed to understand if and how the cancellation request can be entertained. If entertained, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect back in your account after the refund has been issued, however, this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution. You may return your Indigifts purchase within 7 days of receiving your order and not after.
Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way may have all orders cancelled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
