Be it your home or office, festive celebrations, corporate connections, or family occasions, we are all open to curating your gifts your way. We have been doing it for a decade, today with a family of 2M+ delightful customers. We are taking indigenous gifts from India to the World. Having curated personalized gifts for esteemed families such as the Bachchans, Birlas, Mahindras, and the Royal Family of Mewar, we have also been a trusted choice for 200+ corporate brands, such as TATA, ITC, 3M, Axis Bank, to name a few. But still what keeps us moving. What's there, that we haven't done yet? So, that's where this whole idea of Indigifts forward came up!

What Indigifts forward is?

All of us go through thick and thin and often miss acknowledging what we are grateful for. We are here to listen to you, empathize with you, and will translate your story into a priceless Gift, either for yourself or your loved ones. We don't want to charge for that but yes, we want you to pay it forward.

The Process.

1. Add the Indigifts Forward Box to the cart and proceed with the checkout.

2. Write down your brief story in the Special Instructions section.

3. Check out by providing your contact details and the delivery address.

4. If your story touches us, we will get in touch with you to know more.

5. We will curate something special for you or your loved one.

6. The same will be dispatched within a time frame of 7 days.

7. Upon receiving it, you can choose to pay it forward. (Paying what you wish for the next person applying for the Indigifts Forward Box)

If you would like to return your Indigifts purchase, we’re here to help! You may return your Indigifts purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging.

As of now, we do not provide return pick-up services. You will have to mail back the item to us at - G-955 (B, Tonk Road, Sitapura Industrial Area, Phase III, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and the amount shall reflect within the next 7-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions to the return policy above:

Items must not be damaged or washed. Must have all original tags attached and sent back in original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.

Situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
