If you would like to return your Indigifts purchase, we’re here to help! You may return your Indigifts purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging.

As of now, we do not provide return pick-up services. You will have to mail back the item to us at - G-955 (B, Tonk Road, Sitapura Industrial Area, Phase III, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and the amount shall reflect within the next 7-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions to the return policy above:

Items must not be damaged or washed. Must have all original tags attached and sent back in original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.

Book with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
