Warli is one of the most established artistic expressions of India and arises from the Warli clan. The tribe was found on the northern edges of Mumbai in Western India. Moreover, Warli culture is unmistakable in evading all impacts of modern

Differentiated from the Madhubani artworks, Warli craftsmanship is very basic. The art is frequently done on a red ochre or dim background, while the shapes are white. This hue is acquired from the establishing of rice into a white powder.

Mandana

In Rajasthan, these significant canvases are done both on walls and floors while in some different states it is customarily confined upon the floors only. Mandana is practiced to secure home and hearth, welcome lords into the house, and as a sign of joy and happiness. During the early times, it was believed that these drawings avoid the malignant spirits and protect the house. These astounding drawings are customarily drawn inside the house and to the surrounding too. These designs are of amazing balance and efficiency. Moreover, these paintings are passed on as a legacy that transfers from mother to her daughter. Numerous raw materials are used to create these designs, and the designs consist of beautiful motifs. These motifs have the deepest meaning.
